Family health is my number one concern and passion .
We've been having Sunwarrior for around 8 months now , and it's brilliant - great for Seth on school mornings, to have with a lovely breakfast, especially when I want to make sure he has plenty of energy for learning .
Opeie always says " taste , taste or try it try it!" when we make them for ourselves , so I've started making him one too , as he's still quite young I've started making them quite sweet and creamy as its more of a treat . He really enjoys them and so do I .

They're simple to make , high in potassium, protein, calcium, and vitamins .
- handful of almonds .
- 200-250ml water
- dash of vanilla
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 scoop Warrior blend Vanilla Sunwarrior protein powder
Add water , vanilla & almonds to blender to make milk. Blitz until lumps have been blended up .
