Califia Egg Nog & Vega One | Vegan | Protein shake | Review |

Quick post I wanted to share: I'm a huge fan of Vega One vegan protein powder, since it's hard to get in the UK, I've been sampling them all whilst in Orlando. I didn't have any regular Almond milk in, and it was too early to take a trip to Wholefoods, so I decided to mix it up with some ice and some Califia pure almond-milk-nog.

I was unsure about how it would taste, but it was amazing! If you've never tried the Vega One , it's so great tasting, you could probably mix it with water if you wanted to, but since I love almond milk, I always mix it with that.

I'm a huge egg-nog fan, and this was my first time trying a vegan nog. I loved it! So creamy and festive, but not over powering!

The Vega One is extremely well put together- it contains

• 50% daily intake of vitamins and minerals
• 15 g protein
• 6 g fibre
• 1.5 g Omega-3
• Antioxidants
• Probiotics
• Greens 
• and above all.... it tastes amazing!!!! The Vanilla Chai is my favourite, but I also love the Berry.
