Me & my boys have been making the most of the gorgeous weather when I've not been at work . We've been on plenty of walks, trips , had BBQs, had fun in the garden, fun with family, and just general living life in a happy way :) )which includes rolling down hills, according to Pauly!)
I am still on my journey of life style change and thanks to myself ( a few other people ) , a iPod full of upbeat music, a few good recipes I'm still loosing weight. I've now got back into my linen trousers I wore the summer before I met Pauly. They feel comfy and roomy, but they don't look as nice this time round as I'm still working on my post 2 c section belly as my abs are facing up diagonally when they should be facing each other flat.... ( more planks needed.... Each day they will get easier!)
Working out- I tone/ excercise 6 days a week, 20 mins a day , then twice a week after work I go to a studio and work out for an hour with my brilliant trainer , sometimes we talk food, sometimes we do motivational work, sometimes I laugh so much my cheeks get a hard work out too, but I love it there - so this will remain a constant in my life , hopefully.
Music - I went to see Loudon Wainwright a few weeks ago, what a great show! 2 rows from the front & his daughter was there too , we had a nice chat, and they sang together beautifully .
I've been listening to lots of other stuff too thinking about it, the things that always go on when I'm cooking , you know, the Aerosmith, Hole, Bran Van 3000, Cure, etc.
Food wise it's been pretty much raw, defiantly vegan, no soya, and a million and one peas.
